About the Opportunity

Using your experience as a Business Development Manager and your knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, you will be expected to attract new customers, as well as networking and engaging within Brisbane. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program, ongoing operational support and a full suite of cloud-based business management tools to assist with the development of the Brisbane region. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee new client intake 
• Develop sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
• Monitor sales targets 
• Monitor marketing campaigns and ROI 
• Develop new marketing campaigns 
• Identify key areas for growth within the business
• Work with COO and National Business Development Executive to manage vacancies and new business
• Assist COO to hire new operations managers to execute growth 
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify emerging opportunities 

The Candidate

• Have a strong knowledge base of the NDIS and/or Aged care sectors
• Be highly driven and motivated  
• Be able to work directly with CEO and COO 
• Excellent customer service
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Excellent track record in sales and Business Development conversions 
• Extensive network of health industry contacts 
• Persistence and tenacity to drive growth and problem solver
