Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and Business Development? Allurion, a fast-paced, leading medical device and digital technology company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have a proven track record in driving growth and building partnerships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic priorities within a specific geographical area or region.
  • Increase productivity of existing accounts using the 4C Success Model.
  • Acquire new high-potential accounts utilizing the ACT Model.
  • Convert medical weight loss prospects through effective marketing methodologies.
  • Train and coach clinics to optimize performance and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Apply a consultative approach to selling, addressing customer needs.
  • Stay adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing company environment.
  • Learn quickly and manage difficult conversations with conflict resolution skills.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Drive long-term business growth with a future-focused perspective.

Expectations:

  • Work remotely in the field, with significant travel and overnight stays.
  • Exceed quarterly budget and forecast plans.
  • Implement the 4C Success Model and provide ongoing training to key stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously within the organization after the initial onboarding period.
  • Successfully complete Allurion Essentials new hire training and certification.
