WHO ARE WE?
We are an award winning, digital agency based across ANZ with an impressive list of clients within the eCommerce sector's. We're growing rapidly and looking for an Agency Business Development Manager to join and lead/build a brand new Business Development wing to our agency. We will be looking for someone who has strong previous experience in BDM / DIGITAL / SEO / PPC / WEB DESIGN / WEB DEVELOPMENT / CLIENT MANAGEMENT / STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT to help drive further sales for the agency and maintain our success and continue to provide offering to new clients.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Within this role you will be using your previous Business Development skills to engage with new business' and ensure that client satisfaction is your number one priority. You will be looking to build out this brand-new offering from our agency focusing on connecting & engaging with brands who could be looking for services across performance marketing, web design & development, data and digital marketing campaigns. You have a the opportunity to also work across our current client base and up/cross sell, along with looking to convert all of our in-bound & warmer client leads.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Minimum 3 years digital agency side in an Business Development Manager
- Have a real passion for sales and building new relationships within performance marketing and web design space
- The ability to manage stakeholders expectations
- Have the ability to lead business pitches and proposals
- Be an inspirational person
- Confidence and Enthusiasm
