The Role:
There is an opportunity right now within the business for a Business Development Manager to come on board and grow the rent roll organically. The agency has a very well-established database to farm from, as well as a consistent source of leads from a strong sales and property management team, but being able to create your new management opportunities is also very much encouraged and favorable.
You will have a team working alongside you in assisting with the leasing and administrative duties that come with leasing and managing residential investment properties.
Skills/Expertise required:
- Previous experience working in Real Estate
- Experienced BDM that knows how to convert opportunities and create new management opportunities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Absolutely loves Property Management and has done Property Management previously is preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of the current legislation
- Commission and incentives provided on top of salary
- Knows what it takes to be part of a high-functioning team and wants to work in an amazing company culture
- Current PM or Sales Registration
