Based out of state of the art offices, a few minutes walk from public transport our client is seeking someone who thrives in a customer service, results driven environment to take control of generating new business within the property management sector!
The Role:
- Prospecting to new clients - warms leads available
- Negotiate and ultimately sell the products to new clients
- Conduct product demonstrations to help potential clients grasp the full range of benefits the products can provide
- Build and nurture essential business relationships
- Accurately document all client interactions using the designated company system
The Person:
- Previous real estate experience - a knowledge in property management or leasing is highly desirable
- A self-driven individual who is open to using new technologies and embracing innovation
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution
- Comfortable with presenting both within the organisation and to external clients at their locations
