The Role
Reporting to the Head of Network Growth, the Business Development Manager is responsible for sourcing and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network. You will identify new opportunities and create meaningful relationships with existing business, having the primary focus on New Franchise Member Growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
- Creating and implement structured plans to achieve set targets
- Undertake cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring that contact targets are regularly met
- Successfully manage the acquisition process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion, negotiation & close
