Dulux Refinish coatings segment is on tremendous growth trajectory, and we are hiring for a Business Development Manager to establish footprints in the emerging and new markets by identifying new distribution opportunities to support and grow the Dulux Auto Refinish Distributor network.
This is a high impact role that works with & influences varied stakeholders; product users (Applicators), Fleet Owners, Truck Dealers, repairers, etc. You will also support and coach the distributor team to grow Automotive (PV) & Commercial Vehicle (CV) business.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities with Transport OEM customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Automotive (PV) & Commercial Vehicle (CV) business.
- Develop solutions for Refinish Customers.
- Develop key industry relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive technical & product knowledge.
- Demonstrated industry experience; in commercial vehicle or refinish space.
- Prior sales experience is preferable.
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
