They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Sales Engineer to promote there innovative patented Biochar Technology range to industries such as Nut, Forestry, Viticulture, and others.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Representative / Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives and business people.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

Responsibilities
- Sell products and fulfill customer needs while servicing existing accounts and establishing new ones through organised sales schedules.
- Tailor sales presentations to suit different outlets and focus sales efforts based on dealer volume analysis.
- Process orders, address customer needs, and engineer product adaptations as required.
- Identify present and future customer service needs by building rapport and offering technical information and support.
- Keep management informed through regular activity and results reports.
- Monitor the market competition, gather marketplace information, and suggest necessary changes to products, services, and policies based on evaluations.
- Resolve customer complaints, investigate problems, and propose solutions, while maintaining professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and networking.
- Maintain detailed records of area and customer sales, contributing to team efforts as required.
- BA/BS University degree in engineering, marketing or promotions preferred
- 5+ years of industry / engineering solutions sales experience
- Sales Proficiency: Proven success in sales roles, particularly in selling technical/engineering solutions. Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Technical Expertise: Solid background in technical fields, enabling effective communication and presentation of engineering technology solutions. Capable of adapting product information to various client needs.
- Account Management: Experience in managing and expanding client accounts. Skilled in servicing existing clients while strategically acquiring new ones, contributing to high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Proficient in analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and utilizing insights to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to understanding and addressing customer requirements. Skilled in resolving issues, ensuring customer retention, and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Travel Flexability: We anticipate travel throughout Australia and New Zealand will be required to visit and sell to our large and growing prospect and customer base.
