Business Development Manager/Senior Customer Success Executive - Telecommunications Company
Position Summary: The pivotal role of the Senior Customer Success Executive involves expanding the company's customer base and maintaining exemplary customer satisfaction levels. This position requires fostering relationships with both potential and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and providing effective solutions tailored to customer needs within the company's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly, fostering customer loyalty.
- Engage with potential customers, offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, partner client leads, website enquiries, and inbound calls.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs, providing regular progress reports.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in line with provided guidelines.
- Generate new lead opportunities, particularly through Live Chat interactions.
Product and Service Expertise:
- Understand the entire company's sales process and product offerings.
- Provide insights and suggestions for product enhancements based on customer interactions.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative duties related to customer accounts and sales processes.
Team Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the company's success.
- Effectively organise and manage webinars that add value to participants.
- Set, review, and revise yearly and quarterly objectives, providing regular performance assessments.
- Complete contract requests promptly and accurately.
Financial Management:
- Oversee customer financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations for products or services based on in-depth analysis of customer needs.
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
