About The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager, your primary purpose is to generate new business
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Following up with clients in person and via email and phone to maintain relationships
- Collaborating with internal departments to support business activities
- Creating quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Meeting potential clients and closing deals
- Generating and qualifying leads
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the security industry or in the cleaning and facilities management industry
- A strong network of clients or leads to leverage for Business Development
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
