TFI (Tradefaire International)
TFI import and distribute Tyres and Rubber Tracks for the Agricultural, Industrial, Mining and Transport sectors. We are seeking a sales hunter who is passionate about sales and customer service to join our team.
This role will specialise in the tyre market and calls for an enthusiastic closer, with a measured and well-structured approach and a positive can-do attitude. The ability to seek out opportunities’ others may miss is paramount, as well as a commitment to delivering first class customer service to our existing customers. Some overnight travel will be required, so flexibility to travel out of town is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Developing, implementing and executing an effective sales strategy.
Identifying, evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities consistent with the growth strategy of the company.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Ability to acquire new business to meet agreed targets.
Effective time management.
An ability to build effective long-term business relationships with new and existing customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient with MS office and windows based programmes.
Territory management skills.
A strong ability to close deals that lead to long-term growth.
An ability to track and report on market/competitor activity.
A high level of sales skills and experience, preferably in a related field.
