Your Role:

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Business Development Manager at Wanless Waste Management Campbellfield VIC, where you will:

• Develop strategic relationships with new customers and industry participants, focusing on new business acquisition opportunities for our comprehensive suite of services.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and foster new business within the retail, commercial and industrial industry.

• Stay abreast of competitor activity, maintaining an up-to-date database of relevant information.

• Submit timely and accurate reports, including opportunity pipelines, competitor activity, and market intelligence.

• Maintain a Sales Pipeline to acquire new key customer accounts through tender responses and quotes.

• Cultivate internal relationships with stakeholders to create customized solutions for customers and effectively sell those solutions to acquire new business.

• Ensure accurate and efficient completion of CRM tasks and storage of all customer contracts.

Your Skills and Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with:

• The ability to prospect new business in the Key Accounts space.

• Knowledge and experience in managing existing customers while developing new business within the Waste management industry.

• Strong ability to work under pressure, identify opportunities, and drive business.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Intermediate MS Office skills.

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
