The Business Manager - Institutional COO is critical to making this happen and will:
- Maintain strong and sustainable relationships with key business partners across the COO Leadership team in >18 markets, Business Partners from Finance, T&C, BG&C and Communications, as well as our >1800 colleagues located globally
- Manage communications and engagement activities for the Institutional COO function as well as the Institutional Data, Digital and Automation, portfolio supporting global leads to deliver initiatives
- Ensure the Institutional COO and the leadership team are well prepared and briefed for all internal and external meetings. Appear as a delegate at meetings, where appropriate (input into all COO Institutional papers presented to ILT, and/or EXCO)
- Develop and deliver management reports and dashboards on business operations, including accurate reporting and analysis of relevant performance and people statistics.
- Enable delivery of Budget/Plan, including regular assessment of financial performance and facilitation/coordination/monitoring of necessary actions in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage timely resolution of audit issues where appropriate, including tracking progress for reporting at key program stakeholder meetings (ie Program Steering Committee)

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Ability to influence and collaborate with individuals
- Highly organised approach to work with a sense of urgency to the delivery of work
- Strategic thinking coupled with strong execution and delivery focus
- Extensive experience in Banking & Finance
- Knowledge of the Institutional and Corporate business
- Deep understanding of the strategic, financial and operational aspects of business
