About the Role
In this role you will provide leadership and direction to all administrative functions throughout the hospital ensuring efficient and effective administrative support. You will lead a dynamic team of administrative staff within the Business Office and have overall responsibility for great customer service, revenue protection through timely and accurate billing and claims management.

In this role you will report to the Director of Finance and Hospital Support Services.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing large administrative teams ideally within the Health industry. Strong customer focus and customer service is vital to this role. You will be a strong communicator with the capacity to effectively engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a keen commercial acumen. Key to this role is the capacity to mentor and inspire a varied team of varied professionals.
It will also be advantageous to bring;
- Qualification in health management, administration or related discipline.
- Knowledge of health fund contracting system.
- Knowledge of IBA/ Meditech or similar patient administration software.
