The Role
Whether you are an up-and-coming Assistant Manager wanting to learn and add to your resume, or if you are an experienced Hospitality Manager wanting to step back into a daytime role, this opportunity is open for you! As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day success of the Venue, overseeing 5-6 Front of House staff with a hand on Cost of Goods, staffing levels, stock and customer satisfaction. Take your customer service skills and this local favourite to the next level!

Skills and Experience
- Experience in cafe or restaurant management, but most importantly a love for coffee and good vibes
- Ability to develop relationships with local suppliers
- Experience in recruiting, training and upskilling
- Provide excellent customer service - you'll be chatting with our regulars in no time
- A strong financial acumen with experience working on wage costs, COGS, rostering
