Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service, a keen understanding of cafe operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and driving overall business success.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

· Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

· Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor equipment for optimal functionality.

· Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Staff Management:

· Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.

· Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.

Customer Service:

· Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

· Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Menu Development and Quality Control:

· Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the cafe menu.

· Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages.

· Monitor customer preferences and trends to adjust offerings accordingly.

Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and loyalty programs.

Pleasant Personality:

· Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Experience & Skills:

· Relevant qualification and 2 years experience or 3 years relevant experience

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Understanding of health and safety regulations.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management is required.
