Work from home positions!Our client, a state government department, is looking for motivated customer focused call takers to join their team, 100% work from home positions. your home office will require the below. Home Office RequirementsWindows 10 Device (recommended 16GB RAM or more)Headset for call taking.Webcam for training.Home internet (recommended 25mbs download 5mbs upload)Home office setup, suitable for a call taker.If your home office meets the above requirements the skills and experience we are looking for in is as below The ability to communicate to a wide and diverse range of customers.Ability to interpret customer questions and situations quickly and respond accordingly.Basic computer skillsAbility to navigate digital maps, with general knowledge of Victorian geographical locations.Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.Proven ability to meet targets. This is a casual contract position. We are looking for people who are available for a minimum of two shifts a week. There is no guarantee on the amount of hours successful candidates will get in one week; this will vary from week two week.
