  • Represent Life Without Barriers at external forums and meetings, promoting the organisation within the community

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated Aged Care case management experience with strong administration skills, and ability to work with individuals, families and/or stakeholders
  • Understanding of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and My Aged Care Standards.

  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in Aged Care or Medical will be highly regarded
  • A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel

Benefits

  • Join one of Australia’s leading social purpose organisations
  • Career pathways across a national organisation
