RAC Auto Services has an opportunity for a Centre Development Manager with experience in the automotive industry to join the Auto Services Team in Bently.Reporting to the Operations Manager - Auto Services, you will lead and support the team through daily operations to deliver quality services and repairs to members and motorists. Leading and developing a high performing team of automotive professionals, you will manage and overall operational performance of the automotive centre in line with the Auto Services strategic plan. Responsibilities include: Ownership of the Centre's key performance indicators, including revenue, profitability, quality assurance, compliance managementManagement and monitoring of health, safety and environment compliancePerformance planning and management of staff in accordance with RAC policies and proceduresProviding customer and member service excellenceOptimisation and growth of the existing client baseReview, recommend and implement operational improvements to ensure efficient operationsInventory/stock/equipment managementEscalation points for customer feedbackParticipation in retention, recruitment and selection activities What are we looking for in you?
