Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Transition and Change Management for critical projects.
As a Planner/ Change Specialist you will performing current state assessments, develop operating models, conduct change impact analysis, implementation planning and deliver a range of tailored implementation activities. The scope of these projects will vary from supporting the preparedness and delivery of the Garden Island Transformation Project to enabling transition to Maritime Sustainment Model.

• The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, strategic thinkers with strong stakeholder engagement and highly developed communication skills.

• Experience in leading teams to deliver high impact outcomes is also highly desirable

Experience Skills Sought

• Demonstrated change management experience

• Proven project management processes and practices in a change management environment

• Excellent stakeholder engagement is required

• Understanding of scheduling

• Ability to develop relationships
