A day in the life
You will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. We’re looking for professional and experienced Chefs who can work in a fast-paced production kitchen and who take pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking. You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen in an area you excel and are passionate about, to make your own!
We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to be successful for these vacancies. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for…
- Commercial Cookery Qualification – Cert III or IV
- Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a fine dining setting is ideal
- A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
- A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
- Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, 2:00 PM - 10 PM 5 x per week (weekends Included)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own vehicle and drivers licence essential (No public transport)
