Property Management: manage a significant property portfolio with the ability to create a strategic plan for this for the future.

Regulation Understanding: there is a strong regulatory environment that pharmacies operate within, and this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all State and Commonwealth legislation and regulations as well as corporate governance requirements of ASIC.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in executive or senior management roles.
• Proven track record of achieving strategic objectives and managing operational plans.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Business acumen with a solid understanding of financial management and governance principles.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, or management.
