Client Service Coordinator

The Role:
An opportunity has opened for a Senior Administrator to join the firm and be responsible for undertaking all associated administrative tasks.  If you have experience with SMSF administration this would be highly regarded. Your duties will include:

• Processing new clients
• Establishing new SMSF funds
• Preparation of client letters
• Preparation of dividend statements
• Provision of support to SMSF Accountants
• Preparation of client files
• Monitoring workflow in Xero Practice Manager
• Compile financial packages
• Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
• Adhoc administrative tasks as required

About You:You will have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm.  Ideally you will have the following: 

• Experience working with Class Super
• Experience working with Xero Practice Manager
• Experienced working with FYI Docs and NowInfinity
• Ability to manage workflow
• Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients
