About this role
At NCI, our clients are at the centre of everything we do. This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a Client Service Manager (CSM), to take over an existing portfolio of clients to ensure that they are serviced to the highest possible standard. Key to your success will be the ability to retain and renew our existing clients' policies whilst identifying potential cross selling opportunities. You will also need to develop relationships with underwriters and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This role involves a large degree of travel (within Brisbane) in order to service your existing client base (car allowance or vehicle will be provided).
About you
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate prior experience in a face to face Client Service/customer retention role. Experience in a professional, business to business environment will be highly regarded as will knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit. In addition, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires regular touch points with your clients. Our products and services can be complex so the ability to pick up new concepts and explain them will be essential. You will be a confident communicator.
