A rare opportunity has become available to join our amazing team at Skin Rejuvenate Karrinyup! We are currently hiring a Clinic Administrator for our Karrinyup clinic where you will work alongside award winning cosmetic injectors.
Skin Rejuvenate is an award-winning clinic with 10 clinics based across Perth. Due to increased clinic demand we are looking for and enthusiastic, organised and hardworking individual to join our front of house team on a part-time basis (approx 28-32 hours per fortnight). You must be available to work Saturdays long term, with possible option to alternate Saturdays for the right candidate.
Patient care and customer service is an integral component of what Skin Rejuvenate stands for therefore we require someone who will provide outstanding patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact via phone, email and in the clinic.
- Manage all front of house responsibilities including meeting and greeting clientele, invoicing, collecting payments and scheduling appointments.
- Work in close collaboration with our medical team.
- Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in working with Microsoft.
- Manage calls and email enquiries in a very busy fast paced environment.
- Work with our internal software to schedule and manage patients effectively.
- Ensure that the prospective patients booked for consultations are well informed about the procedure and are provided with an overall high standard of patient care.
- Assist with brainstorming, creating and uploading social media content.
Role:
- Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred but not essential.
- Have a high standard of personal grooming.
- Excel in customer service and converting enquiries into sales.
- High standard of integrity, honesty and confidentiality.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to establish trust.
- Self motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Direct experience in the cosmetic industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Sales experience is also preferred but not mandatory.
