The Clinic Development Manager leads and develops a team of clinicians and Client Experience Consultants to deliver outstanding services and treatments to clients, which ultimately leads to exceptional client outcomes and clinic profitability.
About You
Ensure that every client receives an exceptional, personalised experience that leads to ongoing and long-standing client relationships
Use business data to develop the skills and behaviours of the team identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to raise performance
Implement local marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing clients
Lead clinic operations including budgets, rostering, training and stock management
Implement a safe working environment, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures and Clinical Governance policies to ensure the safest possible outcomes for our clients and team members
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring immaculately presented team members and clinic at all times
