09th February, 2024 We are on the lookout for 2x Collections Officer’s looking to take their next step in their career within the financial industry. On offer is the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing market disruptor, where you will nurture relationships within your portfolio of customers in order to devise sustainable strategies for overdue debt repayments. We are looking for emotionally intelligent individuals with a passion for relationship building. This isn’t your standard collections position; our client’s philosophy is simple: they move fast to eliminate debt and help educate customers on Financial Wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with account holders via inbound & outbound calls, addressing various debtor scenarios Negotiate payment outcomes by providing sustainable solutions in line with the internal collections policy Demonstrate empathy in customer interactions, both over the phone and through email communications Handling sensitive calls relating to financial stress while maintaining calmness and empathy Manage a portfolio of accounts and work towards individual and team KPIs Engage effectively with third-party debt companies, fostering positive relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers and debt negotiation companies 1 Years working in a similar position Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking abilities Strong willingness to learn and potential to excel in the role Warm and personable demeanour What We Offer: Fantastic modern working space Hybrid work model Great company culture with regular bonding events A competitive salary with up to a 10%…
