Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal responsibilities for different entities under the Group. Ensure smooth functioning of the Boards. Prepare Board and committee meeting materials for all entities. Maintain company registers, meeting minutes and upkeep corporate documentation. Fulfill ad hoc corporate governance and reporting obligations for the entities as required. Ensure compliance obligations are fulfilled and the board's expectations met. Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary or equivalent. Energetic, flexible, collaborative and tenacious who can hit the ground running. Understanding of corporate governance structures, accountabilities, concepts, policies, tools and templates, most of which are based on legal and regulatory requirements of large, listed financial institutions in Australia.
