An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Concur resource to join the Core Finance Systems team.
Reporting to the Manager Financial Systems and based in our Perth office, you will be supporting the users across the globe, who uses SAP Concur. Your focus will be on providing level 1 support for users using Concur in the organisation. Improving processes and providing support to both the international and domestic users. Functions include communicating with key stakeholders across the business to gather and document requirements, analysis of processes and security controls and understanding integration with SAP S4 Hana.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and Maintaining Concur user profiles.
- Troubleshooting technical user errors
- Providing support to concur users with creating claims, expense entries and allocating expenses.
- Streamline processes and manage Communication with business effectively.
- Co-ordinate with treasury team in regard to any queries related to payments
- Understanding Approval process for travel expenses in align with DOA policy of the Company.
- Monitor integration with SAP S4 Hana
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Accounting or Computing preferred.
- SAP Concur or any system related to Travel Expense management experience preferred/desired.
- Dedication to work in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and high-level attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and communications skills are required.
