About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator at PETRO Industrial, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager. This role is office based in Narangba, Monday – Friday.
Remuneration package:
We offer an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with your work experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, assess, and negotiate alterations to contracts, projects, and services.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding contracts, projects, and service delivery, ensuring satisfaction among stakeholders.
- Manage all documentation related to contracts, projects, and provided services efficiently.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Professionals, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives seamlessly.
- Provide advice to senior management on critical matters and implement decisions as instructed.
- Supervise contractor’s activities, ensuring compliance with work orders and reporting any deviations.
- Prepare and review submissions and reports on organisational activities comprehensively.
- Analyse project related data and report on project outcomes and performance.
- Evaluate and coordinate arrangements for new office accommodations in alignment with organisational needs.
- Assist various departments with administrative duties.
Successful Candidates must have:
- Experience working with Executive-level managers.
- Diploma or a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with corresponding duties.
- Strong business understanding.
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
