We are looking for an experienced, positive, and enthusiastic administrative support person for our team.

What will you do:
- Work with the full lifecycle of the build process, from contracts, building approval preparation through to completion
- Preparing multiple submissions to external agencies
- Invoicing tasks as required including monthly invoicing
- Administrating client agreements and contracts
- Stock and office supply management
- Answering incoming client calls when required
- Making outbound calls to clients, staff and suppliers where required
- Contributing to the continual service improvement of our services.
What do you need:
Whilst we list some desirable qualities and experience which is nice to have, we are looking for someone with a strong growth mindset, if you feel you have this but not some of the criteria below, we would still love for you to apply:
- Admin experience preferred,
- Australian Citizenship (we do not have sponsorship opportunities for this role)
- Experience in providing high level customer service
- Basic experience with Excel and Word as well as other systems
- Strong time management skills
- Phone experience – making and receiving calls.
- Attention to detail
- An effective team player with excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Desire to learn and develop
