Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based Palliative Care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

Volunteer services at EPC is passionate about their volunteers and about each other. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the award winning Community Program. They will also hold other programs within their portfolio.
To be successful, you will have:
- Highly developed and proven leadership and relational skills
- Highly developed competency with computer skills across PC and Mac(desirable) At least 3 years of experience working with volunteers is preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in health, community or education sector (or sustained work experience in one or more of these fields)
- Extensive and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to work within a rapid paced environment, balancing multiple agendas at the same time
- A passion for innovation
- Resilience and adaptability
