Cost Controller (All Levels)

Technical Resources are working with several reputable engineering consultancies and major clients in the mining and resources space. 

We have positions that will suit mid to lead level Cost Controllers.

Below is a snapshot of roles we currently have. 

Lead Cost Controller 

• Client is an global engineering consultancy who are working with a Tier 1 iron ore miner 
• At commissioning stage for new mine infrastructure, NPI and services 
• Looking for a facilitator, a hands on individual 
• 10 years' experience in a similar role 
• 2 days work from home 

Senior Cost Controller 

• Client is a global mining and metals company, that produce various commodities that are important for the transition to a low-carbon world
• Diverse interesting work
  • Coal to gas 
  • Alumina expansion
  • Are involved in a number of exploration projects in Australia 
• Software: Prism G2
• This position will suit someone with around 10 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership 
• 2 days work from home 

Cost Controller

• Client is a construction company who have a long working relationship with Chevron 
• Location: Wangara 
• 5-10 years' experience, would suit a mid to senior level individual 
• Actuals, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, stakeholder interaction
• Open to industry experience 
• Software: COINS 
• Hands on, technical individual who is able to adapt to new systems 

Senior Cost Controller 

• Client is an engineering consultancy who work in the mining and resources sector 
• Biofuel project to produce sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel
• Allocate budget to purchase orders and contracts and capture committed, actual, and forecast costs
• Software: EcoSys 
• 1-2 days work from home 

Senior Cost Controller 

• Client is a construction engineering company who work across multiple industry sectors 
• Scope of work: integrating a deslime plant into an existing mining hub to maximise asset value, reduce carbon emissions and lift ore quality 
• Contractor or Consultancy experience 
• Experience in preparing weekly dashboards, weekly and monthly cost and progress reports to client, develop and maintain cost budget and forecast reports, and internal company forecasting
• 2 days work from home
