Job Summary:
Siebtechnik Tema has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team based in Sydney.
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the entire spares sales process, from receiving RFQs to processing orders and invoicing customers. They will also be responsible for preparing shipping documents, advising customers on shipping details, and following up on overdue invoices.

Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge receipt of customer RFQs
- Prepare and send out quotes based on customer RFQs
- Process orders based on customer Purchase Orders
- Prepare packing lists, labels, and crate sizes for spares to be invoiced
- Raise invoices based on shipment of goods
- Advise customers of shipping details
- Follow up on overdue invoices with customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous practical experience in order, invoice and credit note processing – as well as knowledge of
dispatch procedures.
- Knowledge of WH&S practices is a plus
