About The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for processing import or export shipments, primarily full containers but also Air and LCL shipments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing shipments from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
- Arranging bookings with airline and shipping lines
- Preparing documents for customs
- Booking transport for shipments
- Invoicing customers
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience using Cargowise (desirable)
- At least 1 year of experience working for an Australian Freight Forwarder
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a talkative nature
You will also have:
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
