The Role:
Demonstrate your energy and passion by providing exceptional Customer Service to our business customers. Contribute in our mission to make lives easier for people with intimate healthcare needs!
Your Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for Coloplast business customers
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy
- Track orders from inception through to delivery and provide customers with order updates where required
- Coordinate with freight partners on the delivery and return of customer orders
- Liaise with customer enquiries over the phone, email, and website
- Accurate data entry and high-level administration duties
To Succeed:
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Process driven with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a focus on quality
- Effective communication skill to liaise with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
- Capability across the MS Office suite (Word and Excel in particular)
