The Role:

Demonstrate your energy and passion by providing exceptional Customer Service to our business customers. Contribute in our mission to make lives easier for people with intimate healthcare needs!

Your Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for Coloplast business customers
  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy
  • Track orders from inception through to delivery and provide customers with order updates where required
  • Coordinate with freight partners on the delivery and return of customer orders
  • Liaise with customer enquiries over the phone, email, and website
  • Accurate data entry and high-level administration duties

To Succeed: 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service 
  • Process driven with excellent attention to detail 
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on quality
  • Effective communication skill to liaise with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
  • Capability across the MS Office suite (Word and Excel in particular)
