Gemini’s new facility in Rockhampton is the largest operational repair facility in Northern Queensland. It provides a wide range of repair services under one roof, including a mechanical section, with efficient process management and smart new facilities. The site is brand new and fully equipped, with two spray booths and two Car-O-Liners systems. The team is 20-strong and growing, with a great team culture.

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Do you have a passion for delivering quality Customer Service? Our Customer Service Officer's support our wider workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base.

This is a permanent, secure position. Monday to Friday.

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
• Greeting customers on arrival.
• Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
• Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
• Telephone and email correspondence
• Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

• Proven experience within a Customer Service position
• Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
•  Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
