About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our National Customer Service team in Altona. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will deliver high quality services, connecting with our customers, fostering relationships and enhancing the customer experience. You will ensure all activities from receipt of orders, support, delivery of products, transport and customer resolutions are exemplary.
Key responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised service to our close network of customers; no cold calling
• Answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing
• Booking transport timeslots and maintenance of run sheets
• Managing the processing special made to order product requests
• Generating customer credit claims through salesforce and SAP
• Direct technical queries to our technical teams

About You

• Strong Customer Service experience in an office environment
• Experienced in SAP, Salesforce or ability to learn quickly
• Excel in collaborating within a hardworking, fun team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
