Customer Services / Order Entry Processor
We are an award-winning food manufacturer based in Dandenong South looking for Customer Services staff to complement our current team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that wholesale customer enquiries and orders are adequately and promptly answered and processed. This frontline role is the cornerstone of our business therefore we require our Customer Services function to operate at optimal level at all times.
Our Customer Services office hours vary between Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with rostered weekends & public holidays (Sat/Sun/Public Holidays).
We are looking for Full Time staff, must be flexible to work some weekends and P/Hol's (rostered).
The Role:
- Phone/Email Orders and Enquiries - high volume
- Processing Orders/Invoices
- Data Entry
- Accounts Management
- Manage dockets/invoices
- Customer complaints
- Office Administration
You will have:
- Phone experience - high volume
- Inbound call experience highly desirable
- Possess clear verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage all aspects of the role in a pressurised environment
- Previous experience in Customer Services is highly desirable
- Possess a “can do”attitude
- Desire to be a team player
