SalaryWe are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental surgery located in the Canterbury (NSW). We are looking for Monday and Tuesday (No negotiable days).
No experience is acceptable but English is Mandatory
The position is casual basis with the scope to expand in the future for part/full time position.
Dental receptionist position involves
- Front desk reception/administrative duties
- Scheduling and management of patient bookings
- Providing good quality customer service for all our patients
- Invoice management
- Processing payments using EFTPOS and HICAPS
- Ensuring patient records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Scheduling and effective management of patient bookings
Applicants should have
- Must communicate fluently in English.
- Great organisational & multitasking skills
- Experience with Dental 4 Windows preferable
- Basic computer skill is essential.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferable.
Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated.
