Our client is a well-known and respected education provider who is looking for multiple resources to help support their students during exam time. You will be providing on-site support to users across Melbourne at various locations from 8 am to 12 noon next Wednesday to Friday.
The Role
As Desktop Support you will demonstrate a personable, flexible, and can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure. You will provide exceptional technical support to end users. Above all you have great customer service skills and you are dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you for.
Your Skills & Experience
- First line IT support for all students.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Brilliant working experience with Microsoft suite.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
