Position overview:
We are seeing a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager (Property) to spearhead our latest projects focused on delivering high-end luxury apartments. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the development process, from initial concept design to project completion, ensuring that our standards of excellence are upheld every step of the way. You will report directly to the CEO, who will mentor and guide you.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the the planning, design, and execution of high-end luxury apartment projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate closely with high-quality consultant teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to develop innovative design concepts and construction strategies that reflect the company’s commitment to luxury and innovation
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining uncompromising quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and quality, implementing proactive measures to address any issues or delays that may arise, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes
- Foster a culture of a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the team
You will be able to demonstrate your exceptional project management skills with your ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts or issues as they arise effectively.
