Redpath Partners have been engaged by one of Australia’s most progressive and well credentialed funds management/development groups. With a sprawling portfolio of suburban land holdings, the business has an excellent state footprint. The group is transitioning into a funds management strategy and have already-secured private capital in conjunction with appetite from institutional funding partners - ultimately these partnerships will drive the next stage of their business growth.
Whilst their core fund is focused on industrial property, the group have an appetite to grow a diversified pipeline of developments which will cover a multitude of asset classes.
Role
Reporting into a Senior
Development Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of a prime-located, large scale, logistics estate in Victoria's northern corridor. With the project starting to go into the first stages of delivery, the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Infrastructure delivery
- Managing the Head civil contractor through the first stages
- Engagement and management of council through approvals
- Ongoing stage 2/3 approvals. FLP’s and detailed design
- Cost management for ongoing stages
- Landscaping tendering and delivery
- Other statutory authority approvals: Gas, water, power etc
- Titles for stage 1 lots
- Town planning process on built form building
- Managing external ongoing road works between now and Project completion
Candidate
With a passion to work in the industrial sector, the successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years experience in the development industry. The nuances of working on either residential or industrial subdivision estates will be important in successfully managing the delivery of this project.
