YOUR BENEFITSConvenient St Leonards locationWork for an award-winning and industry recognised luxury holiday destinationFree gym and subsidised fitness classesFamily and friends accommodation rates when staying on Hamilton IslandYOUR ROLETo provide support to Digital teams and function in form of website updates, reporting and administrative duties.Advertising / media campaign productionBuild campaign landing pages Website content updates:Manage website content updatesCreate Wedding Accommodation guest pagesManage website image galleries, assuring properties and Hamilton Island are presented with the best possible and most up to date and relevant imageryAd Hoc website updatesCoordinate annual pricing update across all websitesManage online forms for tour and activity product Social Media CoordinationSupport Social Media Manager in Social Media community coordination and moderationContent curation in the form of UGC - moderate and categorise photos & videos for use on social channels and other platformsTeam administrationProvide administrative support to the Director of Digital and the Digital team (inc. formatting documents, undertaking research, booking travel etc.)Assist with travel and accommodation FOCs and itineraries for suppliers, i.e. photographers, agency members, influencersCode supplier invoices and manage budget reconciliationData, Analytics & InsightsPrepare a monthly competitive analysisAssist with compiling the Monthly Online Performance ReportReview & Reputation ManagementAssist in customer service function with regards to escalation and resolution of any customer service issues or complaints posted on TripAdvisor via RevinateManually upload Guest Reviews for each Room Type to the Hamilton Island website or develop a new automated system to manage this through our CSAT survey platform.ABOUT YOUYou are positive, enthusiastic. You show initiative, a willingness to learn, work hard and have fun in the process! Your exceptional attention to detail and pride yourself on high quality work.
