The Opportunity
This role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, who will have the chance to manage our Digital Marketing sector within a growing and fast paced office-warehouse in Port Melbourne. These duties include:
- Develop and execute the company's paid media strategy to increase revenue and profitability;
- Direct experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Google and Meta;
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok etc.);
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
- Collaborate with the eCommerce manager and product team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies;
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practice in paid media;
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets;
- Develop and test new ad formats and strategies;
- Create compelling and high-quality content for various diverse platforms, with the ability to repurpose content effectively across different mediums;
- Develop monthly social content calendars and actively engage with all platforms;
- Collaborate with product team and creative team to produce any assets aligned with brand guidelines and messaging strategies;
- Have experience with loyalty programs, create seamless customer journey with flows, email and SMS campaign.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
- Experience working in a retail eCommerce environment with a strong understanding of optimising the customer journey;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building;
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
- Must have full working rights to work in Australia.
