Australian Hammer Supplies is a well-established family-owned business distributing Kubota Construction and Agricultural Equipment through a dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast of NSW.
We are currently the largest Kubota Dealer in Australia with a dominant market position and we are looking for someone to help our team to continue to drive this success.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and experience creating engaging content. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our equipment and brand, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our business, activities and brand across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Assist with PR enquiries and briefings as directed
- Create and curate engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Manage all social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and new features to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with our team and clients on the ground either in our workshops and branches or in the field at trade shows or on a worksite. No day will ever be the same.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a dynamic and progressive business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
