The Customer Experience and Omnichannel (CXO) team is here to help extend HCP reach, beyond the sales team, and provides additional channels for omnichannel communication and framework.
Your role:
The role of the Digital Coordinator (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is to work directly with Customer Experience Leads (CXL) and Therapy Area teams together with their agencies to plan and execute campaigns in the Novartis production environment, and deliver projects that improve customer experience or operational efficiency across BE&E. This is a 12month contract.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Plan, build, manage and report on marketing automation campaigns through their knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Be able to understand the goals of a campaign and consult on feasibility of execution through marketing automation
- Manage the execution of additional omnichannel marketing campaigns through planning production, execution and measurement
- Support the omnichannel communications and content planning process with Therapy Areas throughout the year
- Monitor asset production (whether in-house or out-sourced) in workflow management systems such as Jira, proactively intervening to ensure timely delivery where necessary
- Measure impact of campaigns and help teams uncover insights and opportunities for improvement
- Grow and share knowledge of digital marketing best practice with brand teams, leveraging CXL experience and out of industry trends
- Working with CXLs and others, highlight opportunities to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency and coordination of our digital content and channels. Create and manage simple projects and support more complex initiatives.Assist franchise teams with QA and compliance tasks.
What you'll bring to the role:
- A degree in a marketing, design or computer science field -or equivalent experience
- High proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), in particular Email Studio, Journey Builder and Cloud Pages
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing automation, digital communications, project management ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated environments
- Some knowledge and experience working with tools / platforms such as HTML, BeePro, ShamanGo, InDesign, Drupal, Google Analytics
- A curious and unbossed mindset who follows external trends and is able to build their skills semi-autonomously
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities including balancing short- and medium-term projects
- Good stakeholder management skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence
