The Role
This is a senior Executive Assistant role predominately supporting the Senior Leadership Team. The role suits an EA who is keen to provide dedicated, high-touch administrative support to a business leader, who enjoys staying one step ahead and is open to a component of office coordination.
Duties include:
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Complex diary & schedule management
- Project support, systems & processes coordination
- Extensive travel management
- Relationship management
- Managing highly confidential information
- Formatting and drafting correspondence
- Ad hoc office coordination duties as needed
- Solid experience supporting senior leaders within a financial &/or professional services environment (C-Suite preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist
- Flexibility in your approach
