We're seeking an Estate Manager to join a distinguished trustee team. Your role will encompass providing estate administration services and overseeing multiple deceased estate matters. Fostering effective communication with stakeholders involved in the estate management process is key, along with compliance with pertinent legislative and regulatory standards.Responsibilities:
• Overseeing a portfolio of distributable estates.
• Engaging and collaborating with estate beneficiaries, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring probate acquisition and estate distribution adhere to the will and statutory requirements.
• Collaborating with fellow estate administration colleagues.
• Contributing to refining standard estate correspondence, processes, and procedures, actively participating in finalising pertinent documentation.
• Supervising the accuracy of account transactions and ensuring timely estate administrative tasks completion.
Requirements:
• Strong organisational acumen and self-initiative.
• A positive and approachable demeanor.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative team spirit.
• Resilience and emotional intelligence at a high level.
• Demonstrated efficiency and aptitude for process enhancement.
• Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
• Tertiary education in finance, law, or a related field is beneficial.
