As one of Australia's most successful home builders, this company is only getting busier due to an increasing workload they are looking for a new Team Leader/Manager to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Workflow management and ongoing development of the Estimating Team
• Facilitate continuous improvement of processes and practices
• Achieve workflow targets in relation to accuracy and volume
• Liaise with other departments to improve internal processes
• Be prepared to be hands on and estimate as well

What do you need?

• Demonstrated experience managing an Estimating Team
• Ability to set and manage team performance targets
• Sales Estimating Experience is highly regarded
• A high energy approach with a passion for people development
• 5+ years experience in production or sales estimating. Volume building background would be highly regarded.
